-Personality :
He’s a hot head. He never listens and rages when we tell him something he doesn’t like. He has no manners, no respect, he swears a lot in his sentences. He has control issues and he is not friendly at all. Just a little thing and he’ll go mad as if he was a bull that saw something red. He is nasty with everyone and his family. He has always worked his own way in life, in the kitchen and everything and there seems to be no problem. He doesn't like that other people force their way in his life. Despite the fact the he is a mad bull 24/7, he does listen to his mom. And only his mom.

He is very determined in what he does and doesn't like when people complain about how greasy his cooking is. He is aware that it is not good for health, if they don’t like it, just don’t eat it. And if you do, you just have to work harder for your health.

As a chef, he does his jod quite well. When he works, he gets really serious and he is sure of whatever he is doing.

He work in a cafe as a chef. He specializes in salty food especially greasy one. The food he makes come from his “home country”. He is especially good at making poutine.


-Biography :
Story time!
Once upon a time, in the Lac St-Jean, a little village of the province of Quebec, there is two family of farmers. The Dube family and the Lachance family. Dube, a milk gijinka family. Their dairy industry is going very well and prosperous. They have all the technology they need, they just lack a bit of love in what they do. They have a strong son named Francois. The Lachance family, isn't as lucky as the Dube family was. Because of the lack of money and technology, their harvest isn't going this well. One thing they have it love. Their daughter Marguerite is no exception.
The richer family always looked down of the other one. Francois was never satisfied and have interest in nothing. But, one day, the two teenagers met each other and the men instantly fell in love. With their knowledge, they left their family together and bought a farm near Montreal and started a poutine shop in the city. Their shop is very appreciated by the citizens and they are doing it well. Later on, they gave birth to a son and called him Jean-Philippe.

As a child, J-P have always been troublesome and that trait of him persisted to teenage. He has no manner and terrible language. He was sent to school of Montreal, passes the week in the poutine shop and goes back to the farm during weekend. This is his daily life since he was born. He doesn't have manners like the citizen boys were and got made fun of often. To protect the young kid from being bullied, they educated him well, sending him to a prestigious school and everything. This is not what he wanted. He became more educated for sure, but it didn't change his personality, he is who he is and nothing is going to change. If someone says something about him, he’ll just beat the hell out of that person.He doesn't go against his parents, but studying was driving him nuts. He wasn't suited for staying seated on a desk. He didn’t know what he wanted to do. He knows what he wants to do. He wants to be a chef, and work in the restaurant. At 16, he took drugs and started drinking to spare time and go against school. His behavior got even worst. Later on, his loving parents finally understood that they can’t turn their son into something he doesn't want. So let him work in their poutine shop. He started to go to cooking class, to at least have a diploma. He is a cooking genius, he learned his family’s recipe by himself. Even though he’s a bull, everyone seem fine with it. He is a hard worker and a good cook. With the money he got from his job, at 23, he decided to go abroad and make stranger discover dishes from Quebec. He got himself to London. So...there he is now. in from of a cafe. Isn't really his style. But they are multiethnic. He isn’t that good with english. Having a terrible accent. Maybe this is the best choice for him.

-Food :
He’s a T-rex Poutine gijinka.
French fries, cheese and meat (steak, smoke meat, sausage, peperoni and bacon). All that under a salty sauce. It’s a really greasy dish, not really good for health, but eat it once in a little while is gonna be ok. You could do some work out afterward.

He stopped doing drugs, but he is a big drinker and a smokes like chimney.
Usuallyhe cooks with his everyday clothes. "Who needs uniform anyways?"
